Still not get my money

I apply for my maternity leave on the 12 of February 2015,after I gave birth I submitted my last form in March 2015, they told me I must wait 15-20 days I will get my money after 20 days I call them I talk to Frida she told me that she don't have my ui19 I must email to her I done that immediately,she told me they need to approve it I wait another 15 days I call Frida again but she told me the person who sapposed to sign for my papers she in a meeting and she did gave her but she didn't do it I must phone on Monday,I call I gain they told me everything is done I will get my money after 48hours money for one day I only get R140 then I must check the rest from the 12 of May if not I must call,nothing I try to call her number direct but no answer and I call switch border still no answer,I'm very broke I have lot of thing I need to pay,I have kids but I can't even buy lunch boxes for them I don't even have food in my fridge to give them,they starting to list me on credit Burrow be ouse I can afford to pay my account, can any one help me and take responsibility coz labour mes up my life big time,coz the cent they supposed to pay me it was going to help me but they didn't'.
