Still no payout for months

I have been waiting for months for my pay out through the UIF no funds received from September 2020 few e mails that was sent to say they missing documents, sent the documents still no funds how many 7 to 10 working days does one need to wait, I have called numerous times and all I get told is that we will have to wait, is this part of the *******ion going in the department playing with peoples money?
