STILL NO PAYMENTS RECEIVED

I don't know if I'm past frustrated with UIF department which one calls almost every day and every week. I have submitted my unemployment claim the end of February 2021. Today is the 20th October and I have still not received any payments, but on the UFILING portal my status shows "Sent to paymaster". Its so hard finding a job, and I don't have cash to start any small hustle. We can't even claim for R350 grant because of this UIF unemployment claim. If the UIF department needs more staff, HELLO THERE!! I AM WILLING TO WORK. PLEASE GET MY CLAIM PAID. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE, BUT THERE IS NO ONE WE CAN ACTUALLY COMPLAIN TO FOR IT TO GET RESOLVED.
