Still no feedback for maternity benefits and docs submitted in August

It's soon November and still haven't received my payout as yet, all doc's submitted. Escalating is always been said to be reviewed no decision made for my payouts. On a verge of being evicted explained to every consultant I have spoke to and nothing is been done yet. No salary been received since August,sitting with a month old baby. Phoning every day and same old thing I have been told. I am fed up and highly irritated!!
