Still no benefits

I app**** for my UIF in October 2019, all relevant documents needed was emailed to them, I phoned and they confirmed all was received, I still cannot claim!!!!! I have used all my airtime phoning, plus all my landline money to call as you hang on for over an hour for someone to answer. They have confirmed numerous times that my documents have been received yet still nothing. I have emailed countless times, phoned countless times yet nobody at the Labour department bothers to capture my details so that I can claim. Personally this is all a waste of time as nobody there does their job, it seems like they try to delay the process until they can tell you it is too late to claim and you have lost your benefits, of this I am beginning to be sure!!!!
