Still havent received my maternity UIF from 2015

I registered with the Sandton branch for my maternity UIF in April 2015 and till today I haven't received anything. I did follow ups many times by phoning and going there. At times I would be told they are having a backlog, at times my UI19 was captured wrong by them, at times they don't know what the problem is, at times they are using a new system of scanning which causes the problem. Last time I did a follow up was in March 2016 and the front guy who was assisting me told me he could speed things up for him if I gave him a lil bit of something as it isn't his job to help me. I need to deal with the enquiries people who only work between 7h30 - 10h00am weekdays. I asked him that since I got here at 15h00pm then it means I cannot be assisted. I need to know that then people who cannot be there in the morning cannot be assisted?<br> <br> The service is very bad, you wait so long for the guy who sits at front, his not at his desk, when you ask where he is or how long his going to take, they just tell you to wait. It is as if they are doing you a favour. They are rude and cannot work with people. How long am I supposed to wait to received my maternity UIF claim from 2015?
