Still awaiting maternity funds

I submitted all my documents in February to submit my maternity claim only to be told thag theres a claim from 2021 that stopping my claim to go through so they’ll work on that and once it’s done they will do my claim waited a month went to the guy Jood who was helping and he totally forgot about me and said he will send an email to his supervisor to assist and he will do it, I decided to go back again after a month nothing was done mind you I have to go all the time with a baby because I don’t have someone who stays with my baby. I was told that a manager can fix my thing and they’ll leave my documents with her and it will be fixed the following day I waited for another month only to be told it wasn’t done. I was then contacted by a lady Maria who said I must send her my payslip and bank statements which I did and when ever I call she no longer takes my calls I don’t know how long I need to wait to get this sorted out from February I believe I’ve been patient enough
