Staff Incompetency

I app**** for UIF around December 2014 and till today haven't been paid out. I went 3 times to the department of labour in Benoni to check on my application and when I went back they advised that my UI- 19 was not submitted and went to my employer to request for it and asked for a day off to go submit it and on that day they gave me a return date after an month to check when I went there they told me that I haven't app**** and it amazes me how the previous staff member not pick it up and eentualy app**** and given a 8 week waiting period to check if everything is in order. They gave me contact numbers to make a follow up but they just ring and no one picks up and now when I called today their lines are not working.<br> <br> I fail to understand why the use the Batho Pele principle as they very *********** and seem like they dont know what is going on in their department. I need someone to take accountability for this incompetency as I need my money because I am struggling I had hope that by now I would have been paid. This has put me under financial constranins and now my credit record has been dented that affects my credit scoring and also affects my job application with financial
