Speed of service

Port shepstone branch. Guys kindly help us with speed of service. We can’t come there to submit 5times but no attention.,can you imagine 7:30-9:00 but not even 1 person attended On top of that there is this load shedding that interrupts the system. I urge technical teams to maintain system and internet because it’s one of the reasons for poor service
