Some communication goes a long way!

I have been struggling and struggling and struggling to get my UIF benefits, i went into the Labour Department on the 7th of November 2014 and nothing was done at all. Then I submitted via ufiling on the 21st of January 2015 and still nothing and the only way I knew what was actually happening was when I phoned. I have phoned and been to labour department and gotten excuses after excuses, I think it would be easier to be president. So I emailed partially the whole of the labour department and I would like to thank JANE MONOTO of Pretoria West who rep**** and assisted me the best way she could on the same day within minutes of my email. I am so appreciative that someone communicated with me and JANE MONOTO gave me back a little bit of faith in the UIF. THANK YOU!
