Slowly killing people by not doing there work

Trusting your well. So since I asked for help on the 17 March 2021 up to date still no covid-19 rel9ief or UIF. Understanding that due to the employer not doing what they have to I am still being punished and left with out any help in this regard. I still can’t buy food or pay any bills or rent. As I mentioned to you in a different email due to this I was put in a situation were I was gang ****d trying to get help with this on easter weekend. I am keeping both department of Labour and the Employer responsible for what I have been put through. I am in the process of contacting any news agency that will listen and run my story as I am the one who can’t eat and I am sure that once you are HIV positive as is now my case due to the gang **** maintaining a healthy diet is key to staying healthy and not only that is vital to the survival of the individual who is being starved and slowly killed. Has a case of ***** been opened against the employer as Pres Ciril Ramaphosa stated any employer who submits falls information will be charged and what is the status of the application?

Trusting your well. I'm writing this email in the hope of getting a response from the Department of labour as it seems like previous complaints fall on deaf ears.

Contacted the Department of Labour on the 1st September 2020 with a Labour complaint eventually requested voluntary retirement due to working conditions in November 2020. I was retrenched end of November 2020 and Department of labour finally appointed someone to investigate the case please see attached email trail.

Inspector Brian NDLOUVHADA did the investigation he informed me on 29 January that the company I was employed by cancelled the covid-19 relief application due to me wanting to claim my UIF.

I submitted my UIF application on the 29th January 2021, Inspector Brian called me again to inform me around 22 February that the investigation has been completed the company would pay x amount into my back account the money owed to me as stipulated in the compliance order for leave would have to be claimed by them from covid-19 relief.

I called the UIF call centre yesterday only to be told my UIF won't pay out yet again due to the company I was working for doing everything possible to delay and submitting duplicate forms. Also due to them not correctly stipulating I had a loss of income for 27 March - 30 June no covid-19 relief will be granted to me either.

I have been struggling close to 4 Months now, I have been evicted from my flat, my family removed my mother from my care, I can't even buy food or attend a interview or send cv's for possible positions due to the situation caused by the company.

From what I understand they are behind with 2 years or more manual UIF Declarations and now even after the compliance order I still don't have help or UIF or any feedback on the situation as a result I’m sending this email in the hope that you can possibly please assist. Please note I have sent a copy to the Beeld as well as this is not acceptable. My UIF was deducted and paid but yet I am punished for the employer not complying and still being spiteful towards me I hope that now there will hopefully be some action taken and a speedy response received.
