Slow service

The service at this branch is extremely slow. Clients have to wait hours in line in order to get served (between 4 to 7 hours) and only one to two people helping the clients. Then between twelve and two most of the staff go on lunch break leaving only one person to help the clients. Clients wait the whole day and some have to come back on another day to receive service. The employees take 2 to 2 and a half hour breaks while there are more than 40 clients still waiting for service many still standing since the branch opened
