Single mom trying desperately to claim UIF

I have been unemployed since 1 June 2022. I have been paying UIF all my adult life and unfortunately not been employed since (not for lack of trying). I want to know if anyone else has the experience of not receiving payments despite ufiling applications and appeals , standing in queues at the UIF center and making phone calls as well as writing emails to their complaints department. Thus far I have been told that it has been escalated to the highest possible authority at UIF. Call centre won’t allow me access to their team leader or anyone else. Where to from here?
