Sick an tired of UIF labour department

I am totally disgusting with the process of UIF. Eat is the point of applying online when you don't get feedback or your money. I started the process in April on ufilling I went on maternity leave 1st of July an all document were submitted everything they needed which they kept emailing was submitted it's the 12th of September I haven't received any payment an all the contact center does is escalate an no1 gets back to me. They keep promising me ill get an email an nothing comes through an no team leader calls back. This is frustrating we need the money to survive how do we take care of our new born with no income. What is the use we pay uif an this is the service we receive... I need this sorted I need to escalate it high this is unacceptable. Everything of the government is **** no proper processes... if the department is in a back log that is not my problem I want my money. We need food In our house.
