You know it’s always a pain going to any of the government offices for service because of the rudeness of the staff and lack of urgency, service and all the negative things one can think of. I went to the department of labor in Francis Baard and boy was I not prepared for the experience. I sat there with my new born baby and watched Mrs Sibongile Zitha help everyone who sat in front of her with a smile. Every client was warmly welcomed and she made conversation which I noticed it was literally with everyone she assisted and answered questions as clear as possible even playing with the babies. My turn came and I received the same warm welcome and even with me having the wrong documents she explained everything clearly and even gave me a date to return. When I went back almost a month later she was still the same warm welcoming lady giving clients a great service. Thank you Mrs Zitha for being passionate about your job and making us feel valued when we visit the department. Even when the system went offline you were still trying to do whatever you could manually.
