Short paid claim

I first started my uif claim on the 4th of February and it took 3 full months to process so I had 3 month of no income. When my claim was finally paid I only got R517, I have worked a full 6 years without claiming from the fund and I had good employment earning good money. I asked for an explanation as to why I only qualified for this much with no assistance. My mail was referred my the manager Mr Zondi to a Saroj Yenketsamy and I still have not recieved any feedback. I am seeing that this is heading the same direction as the claim where I have to wait 3 months for proper assistance.
