Shame on Dept of labour

I've been contacting the uif dept from last year till now the only response I get is your docs have been sent to an assessor for how my status has been like that, I'm fed up right if they wanna eat the damn money let it be, WHAT DO THE DAMN ASSESORS DO FROM THE WORST THEY'LL KEEP ON SAYING WAIT FOR 14WORKING TURN AROUND TIME STILL WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET THE VERY DAMN ANSWER #SHAMEONYOU DEPTOF LABOUR
