Service is extremely bad

Good day my review about labour's department and the call center there assistance is extremely bad I don't understand I did a continuation payment on ufilling yesterday on the 03 July 2023 it told me continuation completed successfully completed but when I called the call center of labour department they had nothing on there system and they telling me there is nothing they can do
