I lost my job in April 2022 and made a uif claim online , I was told to send all the required documents required and call to confirm if the documents sent are correct ,I did as they requested me to I was told to wait for 21 day , after 21 days I called and I was told I must send a u19 form I did n they confirmed it is correct … my claimed was cancelled and around August I was told to re apply I did that, however I never received any payment or futher communication I went to the local labour offices they told me they won’t help since it is an online case … I called and I was told to wait , I waited but no reply … whenever I call I’m being told they are still working on my case 😭😭😭😭😭it has been over a year their service is ****
