**** service during time of need

What the hell is wrong with this department! I have logged a claim online in September 2021 and to date I'm still not paid. I keep making follow ups and I get different stories. When I call in the call center o speak to a superior that can clarify what is delaying the payment, I'm being told that there is no superior.

Labour department is playing with us when we need them the most. Are we really that ridiculous when it come to service delivery?
