Service delivery is hampered

I went to Ulundi labour centre to check for my Uif and I was told they cannot check anything for me because the electricity problem. The office is prohibited from using electricity because it is dangerous, as a result the computers and telephone lines are not working and nobody knows how long this situation is going to last. We are calling on the Ministry to rectify the situation urgently because we need our Uif benefits.
