This department is as inefficient as the government.I have never seen such pathetic service,they send you from one end to the other and very few people actually do their work.Pietermaritzburg branch is pathetic,you have people that don't know what they doing,then atleast 2,3 times a week they offline,then your application takes over 3 months to get processed before even getting your 1st draw,whether you work 30 yrs or 3 years,the money is so small,wonder which ***** is eating your money(Gov.).You get officials walking around,talking,never doing an honest day's work(there are very few).Not even worth a star,this place is playing with people's livelihoods,when people get hungry,consequences follow,ultra ******* service
