My husband passed away in September, I received the correct documentation from his work and went to the website to see what documentation I needed to go to the Labour department. On going there the first time I took a days leave and took for most of the day outside the offices. Until they came and told us we won't be seen to that day. A few weeks later I took leave again and went to the Paarl offices early morning. I got to a guy that took the documentation and then told me I'm missing another document from my husbands work. When I told him that that document is not on the website, he just told me it's new. This is now December and the factory was closed. As soon as I received the document back I went again, Annalize was very helpful but then my documents wasn't certified correctly, that done I went back and my bank details wasn't correct. The last time I went back in January I ask her to make sure everything is now correct and she confirmed. Three months later I get a document saying my claim has been denied due to no certified copy of my Marriage certificate, which I did hand in. This is ridiculous this is money that my husband paid and I have to beg to get .
