<p>Hi my name is Mary-Ann I went to Dept of Labour we where waiting the whole day to hand in applications only out of 10 cubicals only 3 was active. There was 2 cubicals that was just sitting there and the one lady was just helping now and again with the pregnant ladies. Otherwise she was just hanging around and doing nothing. Another lady was just there now and again after Long due tea and lunch breaks helped. At round about 3:30 the one lady called out it is the last row we were about 6 people left and after her call the rest of the staff just sat there and refused to call any of us! I lost it and told them that I am also I the service industry and this was not on you help costumers or clients until you are done with everyone and not calk it the day because its 4 o clock! I popped in the next day just to find out if they would help and once again was told they ate full for the day! Its is nasty how a Department that's there for your rights in the workplace can treat human beings please learn from home affairs people their service and structure works! </p>
