I have been sending emails and calling their call center for assistance till today haven't received any response

I app**** for maternity benefit and it was canceled by assessor for what they also dont know, i have sent all my documents numerous times but still no assistance

I wouldn't be applying for the money if i didn't need it and besides that is my money
