I have never received such bad service like I did from department of labour contact centre UIF. I'm not sure what's worse, the waiting or the excuses given everytime you call to do a follow up. I thought online process would be more convinient but the service is awful. This online shouldnt have been implemented if it wasn't going to be effective at all.
