Security Guard Rude and disrespectful

Department of Labour Krugersdorp. I was here early this morning for an enquiry. The lady that gave out the forms to be filled out in the que was super helpful and friendly. I had to go to the bank to change something and then came back for re-submittance. There was a lady security guard on duty. She told me I have to wait in line because i need a ticket. When I turned around she said, hey you dont want to go inside. I told her she said i must stand in line and wait. So she said no, i must go in and get a ticket and then wait. She was not clear with what I need to do and then got rude. While i was filling in the register and covid form, she had the audacity to discuss what just happened between me and her with someone else, in her own language, right in front of me. I find this absolutely rude. And the best of all. I understood what she said. She probably thought i would not understand. Dont work with people if you have an attitude, and definately dont duscuss them with other people right in front of them. Disgusting!
