Sasolburg UIF

Good Day,

I do have a big complain against Sasolburg UIF office and there service is really poor.

My husband got uif in April and are still waiting for his UIF we need the money just like any other person that claims. It 3 months now.

If we call their phones is always off or they don’t answer the phone.

If they answer they say they will get back but never do.

He gave all the documents to a guy named Patrick and to another lady as well and no one is doing anything about it. And then they will tell him they do need this and that he gave it all in twice to that 2 persons a Thato was calling him and never come back to him

Looks like no one is doing their job there and its unacceptable we are also in need of that funds.

I need some feedback on this as I will take it to the newspaper as it is really bad service from the UIF

And then some guys will say if they help you to get the money faster you must give them 10% of what you got it *******ion and I know how that guy is.

Please help me today This was send yesterday and no one come back to us its terrible Very bad service Nadia
