Sandton Maternity UIF CLAIM

Sandton Labour Department is very unprofessional. I handed in my maternity uif claim application of the 10th of May 2021 and since then I haven't received my funds, I only received a message with a pin and case number later on the day of handing in the application. I have tried calling them multiple times but they never answer the phone, alternatively I also tried sending an email with no response. Very dissapointing
