Sandton branch in Marlboro

I have been trying to make a follow up on my UIF application since April 2025 at Sundton branch but today they still tell me that my application status is still not updated 😭😭😭. My mom is sick back home in Limpopo and I have to come back again and again because Limpopo branch said they cannot assist so I have to go back to where I did my first application
