I am very unhappy. I ve been on maternity since end of march and still haven't received my uif claims.. I have had unpleasant responses from labkur department in springs where i submitted my documents. All along i used to apply on their online portal due to lock down which never rep**** or paid. Fortunately enough on the 8th of june i app**** at the branch as they opened on level three. I was told thwy will call me if there is a problem. I never got a call nor payment so i went to check after three weeks they told me they needed my ID with new marital surname. Following day i went to home affairs got the new ID they wanted and went to fill the bank form and i submitted. Again i waited no payment, i went back again only to be told Kabelo lost my bank form its not there and nothing has been updated. I was so furious and asked them to call Kabelo who later said i shouldn't worry his on it its there somewhere and he gave me his contact number.. After few days i passed by to check the lady told me its waiting for assessment. A week later only to discover nothing was done and Kabelo when you phone he doesn't help you.
