salary dispute

Mrs Khensani Prudence Mulaudzi my younger sister is been on martenity leave since June but everytime she went to Department of Labour she is told to wait,She must now go back to work without being paid for 3months while at home,on the 27th of Aug she was told to come back in Sept.Please look into this situation because people from Dep of Labour don't really care because they always tell pople that they are Off line,iits really not accepted for a mother to be at home for three months without any pay and the for the Department of labour to be Off line for three months without making other means for people to be compensated.Thank You and strongly believe that this matter will be dealt with immediate effect.
