Rustenburg UIF department not paying claims in 3 month

I claimed after I got end of contract in 2018. I worked again since August 2019. The contract was terminated in 15th May 2020. So I submitted a claim on the 13th June. I didn't receive any kind of notification. I went into Rustenburg branch on the 24th July. The person assisting me told me that every thing is fine. I will get payment in 10 to 14 days. On the 15th August I still haven't received anything. Since then I have email the northwest complaint department, lerato at the branch, department of labour complaints and a few other emails regarding the case. Now I have received a email saying that I am only allowed to claim every 4 years. I can't find that law anywhere in Google. I asked all that people l mailed for proof of that law but no response.
