Rustenburg Labor Center

I was dismissed from my work on the 12th of March 2020, I submitted a UIF claim the next monday, today, the 7th of april 2020 I received a message saying that my claim was rejected, no reson was given what so ever... I have no work and no income and I paid my uif every month for more that 3 years, if i don't pay rent the end of the month, i will be evicted,I don't understand this because the PRESIDENT himself stated that no one is to be refused... Well I feel that this is unfair and probably done because I'm white! Case number:*** (I did try to contact my Rustenburg Local Labor center and no one answered)
