Run In with Department of Labour

Early today I went to Vanderbijlpak Department of Labour.I prefer to get quality service from this one compared to the other in Vereeniging.The gentleman who assisted me was not professional in terms of service delivery.He looked at my papers and wrongfully concluded the font is not the same.I insisted the forms were completed by one person,but he was adamant the font are different.I thought the details are all that matter,besides,why can't the department make a phone call to the numbers if it suspects foul play?The gentleman who later told me his name is Thabiso Motshepo,even told me he is well educated enough to make this conclusion.I am not sure if he is an expert in graphology

It can't be correct that the department fine-combs applications to shoot off whenever there is perceived mistake.In this case,my asservations that fonts were matching were ignored,ultimately I couldn't be assisted but disdained

The bedlam that he caused made me conclude the department may have went too far in trying to cover its delays with subterfuge.Always there must be a reason why clients are turned away.There is no rhyme or reason why different fonts if any,could warrant a refusal of service.The department needs to get its house in order,with officials like Mr Motshepo flaged for retraining in client service
