Rude staff and Pathetic Service

<p>My mother still has not received her UIF money that she signed up for on 29th March 2017. She was told that the system was down but there's no direct answer as to when will it pay out instead she is dealing with rude and incompitent employees who lack communication s****s. The so called Paymaster luvuyo Solomon promied to get back but never bothered to. He is forever unavailable in his office. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disapointed with their service and hope that a sincere apology is on its way and resolve this issue. </p>
