Rude cunsultant

I called uif call centre on the 4th of May regarding my delayed payment spoke to Patrick Ngonyama who was very rude say to me there is nothing he can do I want him to deposite his money in my bank or what? Then he drop the phone on me.I call again requested to speak to a team leader he said he will give me feedback regarding this agent he never did😡😡it like we are applying for a loan hence we work years for our money very poor service.
