Rude Call Centre Agent

I have never received such rudeness and ratchetness from a a call center agent who told me how I must not tell her to do her job when i was inquiring about my UIF claim documents. From 1 female to the next during womens month i would have not expected such, especially when they know they are dealing with pregnant women. To make things worse, the person put the phone down on me. Am I not contributing to the insurance fund, this is not a grant that I am applying for.
