Rude , Arrogant and unprofessional Call center agent

Called the call center spoke to an unfriendly unprofessional consultant Onnica Mokhati with the ref 183. All I wanted to know is how to apply for UIF online. She told me that she cannot apply for me, I did not want her to apply I was simply asking where to navigate to when I do need to apply. This lady was so rude and unprofessional im still in disbelief.
