Rude and unprofessional UIF call centre agents

Phoned UIF call centre on the 2nd of September 2017 around 7:30..After waiting on the line for about 30 min, I spoke to a very rude lady ,very unprofessional,not willing to help me,eager to get done with the call & hung up on me.
