RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE

The service I received from the department of labour Vereeniging was appalling. The lady who was helping me is Gertrude, she's was rude and inconsiderate. She tackles matters as if the department is owned by her grandfather!!!

Gertrude I wonder how you got this job, did u even get training for that position???
