Rude and arrogant

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hereby submit a formal complaint against Mr. Mosa Twala, who has been assigned to handle my IOD (Injury on Duty) case.

Since my initial engagement with Mr. Twala, I have been subjected to an arrogant and disrespectful tone during our Call communications have that on records His conduct has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Such behaviour is unacceptable, particularly from an official representing the Department of Employment and Labour.

I have already experienced major difficulties with my employer in getting my IOD properly registered. I had hoped for professionalism and support from the Department. However, Mr. Twala’s attitude has created further distress and has made it difficult to progress my matter effectively.

I therefore request that:

This matter be formally investigated; and My case be reassigned to another officer who will handle it in a professional and impartial manner. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise me of the steps that will be taken to address it.
