Rude Agent

Good day, I am not sure who trains these agents but someone needs to make them understand that they are not doing us any favors. An agent of yours hung up my call while I was speaking merely because she failed to explain the turnaround time. We do not owe them, they should maybe understand what UIF is, that's our money and they need telephone skill etiqute they lack they sure lack that!
