Ridiculous service

I wish there was a way the laws would change so this was not deducted from our salaries as we never really get it because I'm still waiting, 3 months later:

1. I visited the Sasolburg Labour Center on the 17th of November 2020. When I made a follow up regarding my application, I was told it had been flagged as there is suspicions of *****. The reasons, however, were all regarding internal issues. Nothing I did on my side that amounted to this apparent suspicion. 2. I met with the Manager of the specific Labour Center on the 14th of December 2020 and he promised me an outcome by the 17th of December 2020. No outcome was given to me. I had to keep calling the Manager up until I got ahold of him on the 05/01/2021. He then told me there is nothing he can do and it is out of his hands.

So, an employee at the Labour center does not competently handle my application and it's my fault? How is this ethical in any way?!

3. I sent an email regarding my situation to the following email addresses : *** *** *** *** I haven't received any response up until today. Nothing!

4. I tried Ufiling on the 6th of January 2021. I was sent an email to upload my documents and luckily I still copies of my application documents, just had to fill in a new bank form. I uploaded them and called to verify which took me about three other links to upload to, before the documents could reflect on the consultants side. She then told me that my application will now be processed. 5. On the 12th of January 2021, I called to follow up. I was now told something different of it will take 21-35 days which I did not understand and when I asked the consultant for more answers, she couldn't help me. So I asked to be put through to a manager or someone who can provide me with answers. I was then told that they are in a meeting until 15h30 and will call me back provided that I left my contact details. Which I did indeed. 15h30 - 15h40 no phone call. I call back again and was then put on hold as the consultant said she was going to try connect me to a manager. For 1 hour I sat on the line. Until I realized that they knock off at 16h30 and no one is going to attend to me now.

6. Department of Labour is a government institute and because government is all for job creation, does that mean that we as lay persons must suffer because incompetency will not be dealt with? There is nothing I haven't tried and all that I want is so simple. For my application to be processed and for me to received payment. My debts have started going through stages of reposessing, my other responsibilities are affected negatively too. 7. This is the one government department that is terrible and not even considerate as it handles such an important matter for people. I am utterly disappointed and beyond furious.
