Ridiculous

This is ridiculous I filled for my Uif claim in June and they gave me a date of the 13th July 2019 to come back and sign for my funds, yesterday I got a text saying that my Uif claim was rejected, i wooke up this morning and can to enquire as to why my claim was rejected, I've been sitting in the que since 10:15 it's been 2hours and I still haven been assisted *** ***
