Retrenchment claim submitted in March still not paid or assessed - 25 August 2017

I'd submitted my retrenchment claim via ufiling on 28 March 2017. According to the ufiling site, the last activity on the claim had been done on 24 April 2017. I've sent official complaints to the ufiling team and have also tried phoning their offices several times without answer. I've not received any feedback or payments.
