Retrencehment uif claim

<p>I've been retrenched since March 2016, i have submitted all the required documents online. its been 7 months and nothing, i am battleing with the department of labour to give feedback on my claim, first i submitted my documents through UIF Matters, when they were unable to help me i phoned the department of Labour on the 16th of September were they confirmed that they did received the forms, and that im on their system, I then asked them how long will it take and they told me it has been submitted but they are waiting for approval. Still nothing, </p>
