Request for change of banking details

I have been trying to claim my uif benefits with no luck. I went to Mitchell's Plain Department of Labour after being there for hours and hours we then told around 12pm that the branch is only going to take ten people because the system is slow. That is understandable but the main issue is that when I asked the guy who was assisting how can I change my banking details online because that is the only thing I have to do to apply online. He himself did not know the system. On the website it shows how you can update bank details. I have followed the process over and over again. I have been sending emails of my current bank information with Ui2.8 form signed. I want to ask them how long must it take just to change bank details so that I can make things easy for them and apply myself online. Why even simple things takes so much time when it comes to our government institutions. Please anyone who gets this kindly assist. Mfundo Ndinga *** ***
