Report ***** and *******ion at UIF labour
Enough is enough. I was now calm and peaceful. I have now put together enough evidence from June 2, 2025, to prove that you were negligent and that you did not conduct a proper investigation at all. It is very clear that you are trying to cover up your negligent mistake. That there is a possibility of *****. The reason why I say this is that you have already given 4 different reasons why my application was rejected. Now you claim that there are no funds available. After Elizabeth Kualala Supervisor at Middleburg Mpumalanga UIF offices confirmed on 25 September 2025 that there are indeed funds available for 15 months. So I suggest that you do a proper investigation again. And get your facts straight. I give you 7 days to sort out the situation and make sure I get my UIF unemployment benefits. which is available as been confirmed by your employer . It is not a threat. I have evidence and facts that confirm that you are engaged in ******* activities. I have the idea that ****** may also be involved here. But I don't have concrete evidence to confirm this. So if I do not hear from you within 7 days. I will open a ******** ***** case with the SAPS to investigate further. There is a lot of evidence here and I have a lot more to make my case stronger to prove that ******* activities are going on here. Do your investigation thoroughly. The incident started on June 2, 2025, when I first went to your office in Middleburg Mpumalanga to apply for my UIF unemployment benefits. The lady's name was Thule. I handed her all the documents that I had available at that stage. She confirmed that all the documents were correct, and she made copies of the documents. She also confirmed that there were indeed 15 months of funds available. Her contact details are ***.She said that I have to wait 2 weeks to receive an sms to inform me regarding the date i will receive to give me the date to come and signed for my UIF Unemployment benefits. On the 16 of June 2025, I locked in to your old system to find out that no documents had been captured at all.I called the call centre to find out that there were no documents been captured and no application had been locked. So, I locked an application online and added all the necessary documents online. I phone the call centre to confirm it. 26 June 2025 [CASE ID: C-***] UIF New Ufiling Link Good day, I hope this email finds you well. September 25, 2025, I was back in your office in Middleburg Mpumalanga for the 4th time. After contacting your call centre on several occasions. Each time, there is a different reason and excuse why my application was turned down. I locked a complaint. i sent emails. Every time the reason for rejection changes. But if I go to the Middleburg Mpumalanga office, that I did 5 times already.
