Rejected Deceased UIF Claim

Hi. I am very disappointed in the way the Dept. Of Labour in sandton rejected my claim for deceased unemployment fund. I have all the documents that was required but I was turned away because I didn't have a "computer" marriage certificate. I also got an affidavit from the police station to confirm my original certificate. I have my original marriage certificate for 30 years, which was not accepted. I visited there three times already. I was told by the person incharge to apply for one at the Home Affairs but they still rejected my claim even though I have a receipt proving that I did apply. I was told that this fund can only be claimed within 12 months after death and now I have only two months before it expires. Please help as I am desperate at this point.
